cold during stims

Currently on day 5 stims and I’ve come down with the worst cold. Headache, blocked nose, sore throat which seems to be a little better now. I know I can take paracetamol but that’s about it. I have my scan tomorrow. I would be grateful for any help/tips on what might make me feel better. At the moment I’m just taking paracetamol but it’s not really helping. The headache I’ve had since I’ve started my injections, so think it may be related to this. Thank you!

Hope you feel better soon Make sure drinking plenty of fluids as dehydration can cause headaches If throat sore try honey + lemon as a hot drink For blocked nose try a steam inhalation [ hot water in container - towel over head - then breath deeply for some relief ]

Lots of rest and steam inhalation really helps with a clogged nose. Hope you feel better soon. x

Hi. You should be ok. Hot honey and lemon for throat and cough. Paracetamol for headache and aches and temperature. No anti inflammatories such as ibuprofen. Hope all goes well. Diane
