Microblading during stims?

You might all think this is a really stupid question but can you have microblading done during stims or do you think that would have a potentially negative impact?

Last treatment I took the extreme approach...changed all the products in the house, avoided plastic containers etc etc. But I was also miserable and stressed.

This attempt (last one) ive been more relaxed with it all and in turn felt much more relaxed, not anxious and not stressed which I'm hoping will help.

Having such totally different approaches has led to a little confusion in my mind though. For example, I'm on day 4 of stims and suddenly dawned on me I maybe shouldn't be training as intensively as I have (spinning and heavy weights) So now I begrudgingly will only walk and light weights. But I totally forgot to even check just because it helps my mental health so much I was focused on that instead of the treatment.

Anyway, I've had the app booked for ages and just realised (my treatment dates changed) I also have a hair colour app which looks like it will land on my 2ww.

Any advice much appreciated 😊

I would avoid mainly down to risk of infection. But I agree don’t be so strict about everything else. Good luck 🤞🏼 💗

I never thought about that. I guess it's because I've had microblading a few times without any infections but you never know! Thank you x

Hi! I've had my eyebrows done when I was preparing for my transfer. I didn't thought about it at all. I've also tried to have the top up done before my transfer, but my appointment got cancel. At the moment I have left it because I don't want to do anything that might have a negative effect on me or my pregnancy. I've also not dyed my hair and I have a lot of greys but I thought I will wait until hopefully 12 weeks. Good luck! xxx

I had my eyebrows microbladed during my last stims cycle and it was my most successful cycle. Like you I had done a previous cycle doing everything ‘right’ and was miserable/stressed and was my worst outcome cycle in four rounds.

I think you just have to be comfortable that you won’t blame it on that if it doesn’t work so it’s a personal decision. Also, I’ve never stopped getting my hair done during treatment or pregnancy. Unless you’re having your scalp bleached, it’s perfectly safe.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do!xx

I did it a week or 10 days before my transfer and it was a successful transfer. microblading didn’t affect the process at all. The plan was to do the retouches a month later, but I had to cancel it as it’s not safe while pregnant . As for hair color, doctor had me wait until after 12 weeks and strictly use ammonia free products

I’ve been thinking about the same question. Not silly at all

Thank you all for your replies! After reading your messages I decided to go ahead but in the end i just couldnt go through with it. Something stopped me, think it was just the thought that you never know if it could reduce the (already very slim) chance of it working even though i wanted to and i couldnt have it on my conscience xx
