Hey, sometimes they say it's early at 6 weeks. I know it's terrible having to wait but see what they say at second ultrasound. Wishing you all the best.

it’s too early to say for sure, our clinic won’t scabby tik 8 weeks for this reason as everything is so tiny and changes data by day at those early stages, but seeing the sac and yolk in the right place and size is a good sign at that stage. Hoping tomorrow brings you more clarity 🤗💜 xx

Six weeks can be early for some. When this happened to me, they gave me a 50-50 chance of seeing the fetal pole a week later. In my case, there was a fetal pole at 7 weeks, but it had also stopped growing (missed miscarriage). The fact that they've seen a yolk and sac at this stage is positive. I hope it goes ok tomorrow x

That's what we saw at 6+3 and we were told it was normal for that stage and asked to come back in two weeks. My first successful pregnancy we saw a heartbeat at 5+3 so I wasn't hopeful but when we returned the little bean was actually wiggling on screen. So every pregnancy can be different and 6 weeks can be way too early to see much and everything's fine. I think it's much more normal now to wait until at least 7 weeks (maybe even 8) before scanning for this reason. Fingers crossed for your repeat scan.
