it says on the packaging that there are 60 sprays in the bottle. Counting them up, today I would have done 40 sprays but on my last squirt I realised it didn’t feel the same. I tried squirting it into the air & realised nothing was coming out at all. It’s not a problem as I just opened my second bottle but should it have lasted longer? I’m not sure how exact the “60 sprays” are. Could I have been doing something wrong to make it run out quicker? I have been doing exactly what the instructions say. Anyone else found a bottle didn’t last as long as the packaging said?

Did you maybe use extra when you were priming the bottle without realising?I found the synarel quite frustrating to know if id used it correctly and also you can't tell if there's anything left in the bottle without squirting it.so I'm not surprised you've had an issue.i prefer the injections which is mad I know, but at least I know they're are going in and how many I had of them.best of luck to you x

I’m the same. Much prefer the injections. This is my first time using Synarel- I usually have Buserelin but since there seems to be a massive shortage of Buserelin, opted to try the nasal spray. I have my next scan on Monday (retrieval is hopefully Friday) so I’ll ask the nurse then if it’s meant to run out after 20 days. As I say, I have a fresh bottle so it’s not a problem…just interesting.
