Hello! Was the 969 your first HCG? Could the bleeding be the hemotoma? Keeping it crossed for you

hey I’m so sorry you are in this limbo! The one test doesn’t really tell you much (it is a bit low but still in range) you would need a repeat one at least 48 hours later to see what’s happening I’m afraid, do you have one scheduled?

Hi, I do have a blood test this morning. I already no the answer. The lines are much lighter on tests this morning. It's so hard as it was my last embryos. I am not with the dad any more but he agreed to sign to give our son a chance of having a sibling. My little boy is 5 and upset and wants me to try again. I need to find out about donor sperm and how much it's going to be.

I’m so sorry to hear that 😥 I have had a few chemicals and miscarriages myself and I know how tough it can be. We don’t share the pregnancy test results with anyone until after several viability scans after 10 weeks as I find it so hard to disappoint not only myself but others too so I can’t imagine how hard it must be to have told your young son the news.

We use donor sperm and it costs us between £900-£1200 from ESB for each strain n case as helps with a ballpark figure. Take care of yourself you are going through a lot xx

Thank you. How does sperm donor work as a single person or just in gental. Will I do a cycle and on day of egg collection they they will be fertilised and does one sperm sample fertilise them all. Or do I do a cycle and then have my eggs frozen and then add sperm as and when. I know I can not go straight in to a fresh cycle as I get over stimulated and nearly ended up in hospital the first time. Would I have the option to frezz some off my eggs incase I did meet someone in a couple of years as week as have some of them fertilised with donor sperm. I am clue less to how this all works xx

The sample is a frozen sample so they usually use ICSI and yes that one straw will be used to fertilise any eggs you get from that collection but n the day of your collection.

If you would prefer to freeze your eggs and wait for either donor or new partner you can do that too but there is a greater chance of losing some of those eggs than if you make embryos and then freeze those is my understanding. So best to freeze embryos rather than eggs if that is possible.

Hope that helps!

Thank you so much for the information. Yes I think I'm just going to go for the sperm donor straight away. I'm going to over the next 3 4 months try and get as healthy as I can to try and improve my eggs. This is all so stressful. X
