9+10dp5dt bfn - then implantation spotting - any hope?

hi all

i tested 5 and 4 days before my otd with cheap stick and clear blue early detect and came back strong negative on both tests on both days. Since then I had brown spotting that came and went. Do you think it might have been too early to detect hcg? Can implantation happen that late? I have a 1 yr old daughter born this way and I had faintish strong lines by this point then, although trying not to compare. It’s now weds and otd is in two days on Fri. I’m going a bit spare, and don’t know what to think, and just trawling the internet for bfps after bfns but too scared to hope!..ahh xx

No advice lovely. But sending lots of love! I've just tested 5DP5DT & stark negative, OTD is Sunday. I also had a faint positive by now with my son, it's so hard not to compare. Sending you lots of luck for test day!! Xx

Thankyou so much darling. I’m just so nerves and on edge. I’m really teary today. Because I’m having all these pregnancy symptoms, heavy, tightness pulling, nausea, even vivid dreams and random toothache, increased appetite cravings, bloating gassy. And I know some maybe down to the peasaries and mind is obsessing over those negative tests. I’m taking time off to lie around and watch tv I can’t bring myself to do anything at the minute. Torn between feeli like it’s not looking great at this stage with the tests and yet feel encouraged by generally feeling pregnant and my symptoms. It’s a lot. Xxx sending you all the love and baby dust, keep me posted xxx it’s so hard isn’t it when it’s worked for you before which brings another layer of well I should be grateful/ comparing etc ah!

Bless you ❤️ Yes I have a cry today too! I've got zero symptoms which for me is my main concern. With my first round (ended in chemical) & my son I had lots of bloating & cramping. Rn I literally feel nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️. I would definitely wait until OTD hun & retest, it could be late implantation! Xx

ah yeah I’m waiting I have pot of this morning a pee on standby incase I felt like testing this morning but just gonna try hold off. Testing early is like damned if you damned if you don’t! I just can’t believe it was so positive this time last time. Oh babe yeah it’s understandable you feel worried without symptoms but there’s so many positive stories in cases like yours too! Yeah I think all we can do is bumble thru til otd. I think whatever the outcome at least we will know where we stand and can then decide on the next move! Wishing us both all the luck and heathy sticky babbas xxxx❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Hi. Just continue with all medication including Folic acid, and test on the day recommended by your clinic. Good luck. Diane
