Any advice for my last ever FET ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Hi lovelies, Iโ€™m 44 and will have my last ever FET very soon. This is the final embryo left from 7 years ago when I was much younger. None of the other4 I had transferred ended up in pregnancy :(

I have a 5-year old girl from a natural pregnancy after many years of infertility and a few miscarriages, our miracle!

Will you have any recommendations for this final round of FET please?

Thank you so much and sending love to all of you trying hard out there ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผx

Hi Sherry. Perhaps acupuncture or hypnotherapy, and plenty of pineapple core to help prevent clot formation and keep an even blood flow. Are your tubes ok and womb lining . Letโ€™s hope this little one has come to stay. Diane

Hi Diane, many thanks. Tubes and lining were all checked last time. When shall I start to have pineapple please? On the day of transfer? Thank you.

Hi lovely,

If you can get your dr to chuck a round of steroids in there, I've seen that help for a few people without actually having the natural killer cells test.

It worked for me after 5 failed rounds (although I did have the test).

Wishing you lots of luck - sucks so much this journey xxx

Good luck to you. I have no advice but I can relate to your journey as I'm 45 years old with a 6 year old boy and I've had 4 failed donor FET transfers in my journey to get him a sibling. It's unexplained why they haven't worked - 3 were PGT tested and one blast was untested but 5 day 3AA. I've had one chemical and the rest were negative. I have my final 6 day blast transfer today - it's an untested 3 BA from donor eggs so hoping it works as financially and emotionally we cannot continue with my husband to do more rounds of IVF. Hoping this fifth transfer works for both of us! I found that when I had a positive pregnancy test I had taken time to relax, went on vacation during two weeks window and had completed a mindfulness course. I know managing stress is much easier said then done. At the end of the day all we can do is know what we did our best. Sending positive thoughts and baby dust your way!
