sperm freezing guidance

hi all I am going soon for second round as first failed . My clinic suggest to freeze sperm before egg retrieval please guide me what can I do specifically. It’s in march like in couple of days. Please guide me .

Because my first cycle failed as my husband feel difficulty to give sample on that day. Might be due to pressure so my clinic ask me to give sample so we have backup

Hi, I thought the first cycle failed due to your husbands sperm? If that's the case then he might want to make some changes first like others have advised like taking supplements, diet, exercising to help with your husbands morphology for three months before he gives a sample to freeze? As it takes 3 months for new sperm to produce but up to u? If there's no cost then might as well allow them to freeze his sperm. Good luck x

yes he is still taking multivitamins ! Proxeed men , ubiquionol 200mg solgar , omaga 3 200mg ,vitamin D and C, Alpha logic acid and NAC. Also wearing boxers .

I don't think anything else vitamin wise, but keeping cool down there so not wearing joggers and stuff. Not sure how much that helps but keeping the testicles cool is supposed to help, and regular exercise is supposed to help too x
