mild bleeding before trigger shot

hi all! I’m a bit worried as I just experience some vaginal pink/redish bleeding just before the trigger shot.

Im on day 12 and my last ultrasound was ok day 10 showing 17-18 mm follicles.. I’m really worried I might ovulate earlier.. I did take Orgalutran and still Puregon yesterday on day 11 but I didn’t expect this bleeding !!

Anyone had the same?
