3dp5dt high fever, no cramps, what is going on?

After my earlier transfers, I had high temperature, but not as high as this time. Now my temperature is 38C and only goes down to 37.5C with paracetamol.

After my earlier transfers, I had a lot of cramps and back pain. I was assuming that they are implantation signs but it ended up with disappointment each time when my period started.

This time I didn't have any cramps at all. I didn't have implantation bleeding either.

Do you relate these things with your experiences? I wonder what is going on, should I assume that it failed or not.

Hi. I’ve had the same, cramps when it didn’t work and then no symptoms when it did (except bleeding but not at this stage) so I wouldn’t write it off yet! Fingers crossed. Good luck and keep yourself busy xx

I didn’t have any implantation bleeding until 9DP5DT & even then it was minimal - not even there really (currently 10wks 🤞🏼) I had a chemical in august and the implantation bleed was early & heavier & I had a lot of cramping x fingers crossed for you 🙏🏼

I think you are a wee bit early for implantation bleeding yet if you had bleeding before 3 days last time it was likely from the actual transfer/catheter and it can take a day or 2 for that to show in my personal experience and that’s never been an indicator of implantation success or not for me. I’ve no idea about the high temp though I’ve never taken or noticed my temperature to be honest and what it does on BFPs vs BFNs but with the average body temp being 37 degrees it doesn’t sound like you are too over to affect anything and might be a mild fever but defo check with your clinic if your are worried 💜🤗

on my transfer that worked I had a fever the evening of the transfer. I didn’t have loads of cramps or anything, maybe a few twinges. And I had implantation bleeding starting on 6dp5dt. So sit tight as it really is so hard to tell right now! Def keep taking the paracetamol to keep your temp down ☺️ good luck!

I am 16 weeks pregnant and I didn’t have any symptoms.. I felt no different than I did on my 2 failed transfers. All my symptoms came after I found out it had stuck so I really wouldn’t assume it has failed! Fingers crossed for you!

I would say when doing IVF symptoms are more down to the ivf process and medication rather then pregnancy so I wouldn't stress trying figure out which sympton is positive to have x

Hope you feel better soon though and wish you all the best of luck x
