Hi! I’m about to enter my second cycle of IVF, a frozen transfer this time. I’ve been subscribed Nafarelin nasal spray. I didn’t know a nasal spray was on the agenda (not that I’m phased!). Has anyone else had this? I googled and it’s instead of buserelin injections. Does this mean I might not have to do any injections this time? I’m okay about needles but a nasal spray does appeal more 😀

Thanks xx
I used it for my first round. It was fine to use, but in hindsight I’d rather stick with one buserelin injection a day rather than nasal spray 5x a day! I used to set multiple alarms to remind me!

Hi. Your nose is lined with a mucus membrane which makes it ideal for absorbing the sniffer. Blow your nose before using. It’s nicer than injecting !! Good luck. Diane
