Any recommended doctor at London women’s clinic Harley street or any experience of this clinic/access fertility program?

Hi all my lovely ladies,

I got my negative result yesterday and had period today. Very stressful as I didn’t tell my friends or family about the IVF journey, partner not very talkative just silently do what he needs to do, not much conversation between us. I always plan and make decisions and he cooperate

I’m happy with the service of my current clinic but only issue is their price is higher than normal, I may not afford/difficult to afford next cycle, another thing scares me is my age(40) and poor ovary reserve/poor response which reminded by doctor that I have lower chance and next cycle may have worse result

Found access fertility offers cheaper(almost half price of my current clinic) plan, and since I have only one frozen embryo in LWC, and they accept access fertility’s plan

Questions:

1) any recommended doctor in LWC?

2) is access fertility plan reliable? How they can offer cheaper plans than their partner clinic? So is the service different due to different price?

3) any other good clinic recommend from the partner clinic of access fertility except LWC?

4) how do you balance the finance and IVF journey? When to stop?

I’m so sorry I feel I’m useless as even it’s my first IVF journey I feel so weak, I know so many sisters here went though so many cycles but still positive

I have no one to talk to and partner can’t help at all, thanks in advance for all replies

Sorry I don’t have any advice but just wanted to say you’re not alone. I find this forum so great to be able to speak to others going through the same. Hope someone can answer your questions and good luck got the next park of your journey x

Good morning 💕 I went to LWC and found them great. I can't recommend my doctor there as they no longer work there. However when I was there they had a great counselling department that were brilliant. But that was over 10 years ago & not sure if they still offer that. But this forum is great and hopefully you will get good advice

hey hope your ok. I was also looking at all of this an hoped you may be able to share any info you got please? It is so hard to choose/research clinics...Up against a ticking clock now to try to purchase before my 40th in may. Even consultations looking expensive
