Hi all

My clinic recommended vaginal probiotocs and I completed a course of them. Does anyone know if you're meant to repeat the course until you have an embryo transfer?

I was advised to take three a week (after completing course ) up until transfer. But you should double check with your clinic if you can

I take Optibac with my daily supplements (methyl folate, vit D, pregnacare max)

Thanks so much. I'm on a high dose of folic acid so can't take the pregnancare supplements too but am taking vit D. X

I took the canestan caneflor from the end of my period when I was cycling so around days 4 or 5 onwards for I think 7 days.
