Period 1 day late

Does anyone have any advice, period only 1 day late so I knows its super early but I am so hot like, fever hot and PT negative, any words that would help me would be great? Thanks

Hi, period lengths can vary (mine is 30-37 and sometimes over 40 days!) and I have had so many moments like yours and the bleeding started eventually. Sounds like you're in the luteal phase. If you are keeping BBT and it doesn't go down after 18 days following ovulation you might be pregnant, says Clearblue .

maybe your coming down with a sickness and it’s threw it off, I’ve been weeks late before which was totally unusual for me but still wasn’t a bfp.
