I have already had four IVF cycle and had only one Frozen embryo at age of 42. I am hoping to go for fresh IVF cycle after six months break. Though, having some difficulty to make decisions with my husband. He seems to want to give up with last Frozen try! I want to keep going. I know few of my friends had treatment and required 7 to 8 cycles.
My doctor suggests, the age is a real problem and require possibly more cycles to have good quality egg to become an embryo. She mentioned the chances of frozen embryo success is low too- as the other embryo didn't survive and made till Day 5.
Has anyone had success and they chose to go more than 4 cycles?
How can we as a couple come to an agreement? Did someone have faced this?
Any insights please, you can send private message if don't want to post here.
Thanks
