Hello everyone!

I have been a little quiet lately as it has been hard. We changed clinics ( in a different country), did a third egg retrieval and only had one PGT A euploid from this round.

I have also done a uterine NK cell testing which showed high NK cells and elevated TH1 levels. I have also done a hysteroscopy which showed a septum and it was excised during the operation.

We have transferred our only PGT A embryo on 26/4/2023.

7 days later we did a pregnancy test which showed a positive.

First beta 9 dp5dt - 150

Second beta 12dp5dt - 700

This is a message to you all to NEVER give up- 3 egg retrievals, 5 embryos transfers ( 6 euploids total), 1 hysteroscopy, hundreds of ultrasounds, injections and medications, lots and lots of waiting...

and we are FINALLY here 🌈

We will take this one day at a time. Today we are pregnant.

I appreciate that, thank you. Noticed you said about high NK cells and elevated TH1 - these are similar issues to what I'm having. Did you take any meds for this before your transfer? I am undecided on what to do!

I get the anticipation and it being early days, it is a lot but wishing you lots of luck and gentle congratulations x

Thank you so much. I am on prednisolone 10 mg started on day 2, aspirin 75 mg, oestrogen and progesterone, clexane 40 mg started 5 days prior to transfer and had intralipids on day 3 of cycle , 48 hours before transfer and then on finding a positive beta. I will be taking it every two weeks for first trimester.

I did not take intralipids and test blood if they are lowered ( reason being I was not advised on this and also I do not have access to this type of test at home)

Thank you for explaining that to me, wasn't quite sure what you meant in the second paragraph about the intralipids and testing blood if they were lowered. Do you mean that the clinic don't retest after they give the intralipids? Take good care xx
