We are looking for clinic recommendations in the Oxford area!
We have been investigated so far on the NHS, with a current diagnosis of "unexplained infertility", but are ineligible for NHS funding as we are 36 and 37, so private it will have to be!
We live in Bicester, so are looking generally in the Oxford area. We're bit confused as the price range seems wide. Given my age, BMI, and AMH result we would be eligible for the cheaper end of the range, but we're not really sure if this is a good idea or false economy.
If you have any advice, positive or negative, we'd be pleased to hear it. I realise this needs to be a closed reply, so direct messages are more than welcome!
Thanks so much all! 😊

Sad to hear that you are not eligible for at least one free trial under NHS. We used Oxford Fertility Clinic for all our IVF trials. We were happy with their performance but I think they are a bit more pricey then other clinics. We chose them not only because of their good stats but also because it was easier to juggle work and many appointments.
I know, the age thing is a real bummer, especially as we might be moving next year but then also don't want to keep delaying things. The whole IVF lottery thing really hits home when you're not a winner!
That's helpful to know that you were happy with them! It's just so hard looking at the websites and things to get a real feel for anywhere, and they are a bit pricey, but maybe if it's worth it for the level of care then that's worth considering.
