We got our results back today. We only had one we embie to test, and whilst we hoped for a clear EUPLOID result, we have been given MOSAIC, which means we are still in the game.
We are happy it wasnt a straight no, but we have never been given this 'mosaic' result before.
We have been told it has a 20% chance of successful live birth, but there is a high chance it wont implant, and a high chance of miscarriage....but we want to try focus on the fact we havent been defeated yet.
Has anybody had success with a 'mosaic' embryo? Was their pregnancy any different?

I'm currently 14 weeks with a mosaic embryo (actually it split into twins!). Everything normal so far, NT normal. Been seeing the consultant anyway (not because of mosaic), and he isn't concerned! They have a really good chance xx
I just wish the answer was a straight, yes we are happy to transfer, or no, we arent. Sometimes i love knowing all the facts and then other times i think that it just gives us too much to think about. Its just such a tough call. Will you do the amino testing now you have gotten this far? I think the thought of those results scares me more than even getting a BFN..xx
Personally, I'm not doing any testing. I've come to believe that the risk from mosaic embryos is incredibly tiny from my own research. The risk from the amnio is probably higher than any risk from the embryo (but everyone has to do what is right for them I understand). xx
