first ivf treatment

hi I am 22 and currently going throw my first round of ivf. I am currently on my injections. I have been with my partner for 5 year and he has cystic fibrosis and we are very nervous about the treatment. If anyone has any advice on anything it would be a great help ❤️

hey! Good luck with it all! Are you going to be going through pgd?

Advice - easier said than done is to

- not let it rule your life

- keep talking between you and your partner

- don’t be disheartened if it does not work first time

- eat an healthy diet and exercise (but if you want a treat go for it)

- make sure you are taking good prenatal vitamins especially folic acid and vitamin d as a minimum

- there are food which are said to help with lining and implantation as long as they do no harm why not!

- look into how you look after yourself whether you speak to a counsellor, friends, family, acupuncture, reflexology - try and do things that help you relax

hi thank you for your comment and no we are not doing pgd as I am not a carrier of the cf. x
