7 week scan after FET

I went for a scan at 7wks 2days. The nurse said there was a staring heartbeat but she was unable to measure properly, saying it’s my anatomy, that it may be too high up. But she said it looked small and the sack looking small. They have booked me another scan for a week later (next week). I’m really worried, this is our last shot at this, I feel so tired, sore boobs, nauseous and everything smells odd.. But I can’t help but think is these just cruel symptoms from Cyclogest, Progynova and Lubion? I’m clinging to the fact the heartbeat was strong, I saw the flickers, it was strong.. I’m praying it was just bad luck that the baby was far up or that the nurse wasn’t that skilled at vaginal scans? Has anyone experienced this? It’s the longest wait till Wednesday 4th Jan..

I were in the same boat I am measuring a 6 weeks instead of 7.6 days and heart beat was there but measuring 96 which is to slow for that time - did they measure your GS ? I have US booked for the 3rd and my suppositories are giving me lads of side effects- I feel a bit broken- good luck as there is always a hope !
