Trigger shot panic!!

So I've just given my trigger shot and there seems to be quite a bit of liquid that came out of the injection site and is on my skin 🙈...

Is this normal? Worried I've not had the full dose now 😔

Completely normal it happens to everyone I'm sure, it definitely happened to me most times when injecting. Don't worry 🥰 All the best of luck ith EC. Wishing you many good embryos xxx

Hi lovely,

Have a look at my old posts!! The head of the needle popped off mine once and I lost about 30% - cue massive panic and lots of phone calls to the out of hours clinic on a Sunday.

It was totally fine and EC went as perfectly xx

This happened to me as well several months ago. I pushed the plunger to get rid of air bubbles and lost what seemed like half of the shot as it squirted out. I was absolutely terrified and convinced I'd buggered it all up! But it was completely fine and I'd obviously had enough of the drug as they were able to collect my eggs with no problems! I think this must be very common and that they allow for this in the amount of drug that's in the shot. Try not to worry I'm sure like me it will be fine xx
