reduced progynova dose to delay FET

hi everyone!

Would love to know if anyone has had their progynova dose reduced from 6mg daily to 4mg to hold out for a week to tackle an endometrium infection before FET.

I’m really hoping I don’t bleed but I’m having what feels like premenstrual twinges.

Any experience with this?
