Hi just an update from me, after going through a 3rd egg collection last Friday and the longest 5 days, today we had the best news that our 2 embryos have made it to blastocyst which have now been frozen. having to do a freeze all due to my lining being too thick for a fresh transfer. They gave us a grading of 4BC which on researching isn't the best but we will keep on hoping, never had any of our embryos graded before but will keep on hoping🤞🤞
After starting with 8 eggs, 6 mature and only 2 fertilising we pretty much lost hope that we would end up with any to freeze let alone 2. we are overjoyed that after so much heartache finally brighter days are ahead. There is of course such a long way to go but now we can actually breathe and gear up for the steps towards FET and 2 chances of a rainbow🌈🌈 sibling for our angel daughter 👼.

Hooray this is amazing news!! 4BC is good! Don't panic about that, and its just a snapshot in time! The main thing is you have two great chances now! So thrilled for you! xx
thanks so much , my clinic never told us the grades on our embryos in our last rounds so it baffled me tbh. But just so overjoyed. I hope everything is going well with the pregnancy & your feeling well xx
amazing news! 4BC is a good embryo (my 18 month old started off as a 4BC graded embryo) I also personally prefer frozen transfers as it gives your body a wee break after egg collection but the wait can be annoying. But you can put your feet up now for a bit and enjoy Christmas then get back to it soon 😊 delighted for you xx
This is wonderful news and I am soooo happy for you!! ❤️❤️❤️ As Daisy said, grades are just a snapshot in time. Also, embryos that are good enough to freeze have a high chance of resulting in a pregnancy and baby. Otherwise, they wouldn't freeze them. You are an absolutely incredible and amazing mum, keeping fighting for your rainbow baby/sibling for your angel daughter. I have everything crossed for you! 🌈🌈🌈Lots of love xxxx
