Potential perimenopause and IVF

Hi everyone. I’m 40 and have endometriosis which was stage 4 but after a few ops is really under control and not causing me too much stress. We underwent 3 rounds of IVF last year but each one ended up being cancelled due to me not responding well enough. We tried short and long protocol but the last one was long and it really messed up my cycles. After it ended I then didn’t have a period for 100 days when they had been regular. Since then they’ve been 25, 31, 33, 40 and now I’m day 51. I had a scan this week and whilst endo seems at bay (no cysts) my ovaries are inactive and lining thin. I’ve had bloods done and waiting for results but for the last month I’ve been getting hot flushes and they’ve revved up in the last week. I have had a lot of stress the last few months as I lost my brother then my job but to be honest I’m worried it’s perimenopause. Has anyone become pregnant or had ivf and been successful when perimenopausal?
