I am 10dp5dt and we received a negative test this morning, we were told to test 12dp5dt but I was impatient and convinced as I had no symptoms it had not works. This was our first round for IVF and we had a 3AB and 3BB transferred and have 2x3BB embryos still in the freezer for next transfer. Also concerned our embryo quality is not great but I am sure our clinic would not freeze them if they were concerned. Anyone's thoughts?

good afternoon lovely!
My tests have always shown up positive on day 8, however, they do say wait until test day as some embryos stick a little later and I have seen over the years a couple of people have had hope on test day.
I’ve found a chart for that shows quality.
BUT also from experience quality doesn’t necessarily mean baby.. I’ve had an excellent quality fail & also 2 very good qualities fail. It’s the chromosomal normality of the embryo that helps it along the way.
I hope this helps a little bit.
Sending lots of luck and love on your journey 🖤 you’ve got this xxxx

thank you so much for the kind words and support. I have had a confirmed negative now so now need to prepare for the frozen transfer just concerned it will never happen. Just have to keep trying and working towards our little family 😊

Hi Boughton. I would carry on with any prescribed medication and test again when your clinic advised. If it is still negative, then usually you can try again on the second cycle following a negative result. Diane
Thank you Diane, I was was a fail this time but moving forward with a frozen transfer
