How long did it take to feel normal again after BFN?

This isn’t my first BFN, but I can’t quite remember how long this feeling miserable stage lasts before I feel normal again. I know there’s not much I can do, or want to do, except ride out the storm.

Infertility is so cruel. I worked so hard but I don’t deserve anything for my efforts. Some people just get to go on holiday and they fall pregnant.

Just give yourself time to grieve and be sad - make sure you have people around you for support. Have you taking advantage of your counselling appointment that should be available while on treatment

sending a massive hug. I find 6 weeks is about the point the edge comes off but its all relative and different for everyone. There are loads of good books on grieving and others have said counselling helped them. This journey is a massive pile of crap that isn’t fair at all. Xx
