Round One Tips and Advice

Hi there,

Hope you are all well, and I am sending positive vibes to everyone struggling through this process. My husband and I are due our first cycle middle of next month. (Egg donation, and his sperm). As you can imagine, we are a bundle of emotions, I am fortunate that he is incredibly positive to counteract my negative feelings. We are just looking for any advice that could benefit us, so any foods/or tips that are good for either sperm count/or thickening the uterus lining. And anything we can do on the day to help emotionally or just in general. I am obviously on medication from the hospital as well, so I’m thinking everything medically is covered, just need to think about what we can do at home.

All the best, and thank you in advance!

Just take your treatment a day at a time. Eat a healthy diet - take meds as directed - rest when you can and keep talking to your other half.

Good luck with your treatment
