Fever of over 39 during tww and then symptoms go

Hi ladies, I’m just wondering if this has happened to anyone else? I am pretty sure I have had a bfp and it isn’t just my trigger as my tests have continued to get darker since first doing them on 5dp5dt.

Anyway yesterday I didn’t feel great but put it down to my poor sleep in the past two weeks and maybe pregnancy. But as the night went on I developed a really high temperature/fever it was getting up to 39.15. It was still high this morning but is now down to 36.5. But I feel like all my pregnancy symptoms have stopped, my boobs don’t feel full or sore and when I went to the toilet before there was some tainted colour when I wiped. Has this happened to anybody else? I have done covid tests and they’re negative. Has my body just rejected the embryo? Im 9dp5dt today.

I know it’s a bit of a specific question! My clinic weren’t much help I’ve got a doctors appointment later today but also don’t know what they will be able to tell me!

Thanks all xx

It does sound like it could be an activated immune response… may I ask if you’ve had immunes tested? For this transfer did they have you on steroids or anything? Have you read the book ‘is your body baby friendly’ by Dr Alan Beer… really helped explain my repeated implantation failures. Good luck x

Thanks for your reply. No I’ve not had them tested, my clinic said they don’t do them. Is that like the killer cells thing? Something is definitely not right, I’m getting sharp pains in my lower abdomen, not like period pains. My stomach is also gurgling like crazy which happens before I get my period. The clinic have just told me to go back to my gp and I’m waiting on the gp to give me a call back now. I’ve not heard of that book no, maybe I should give it a read! Thank you xx

Hi Booda21,

we have commons, its my 9dp5dt also but have not tested it yet as test due on 11dp5dt. I am also having very poor sleep, my eyes are burning, left side cramps/discomfort, my body temperature is little elevated (97-98.6 F) from last few days. could be mostly progestrone or estrogen?

I checked with my doctor , there is nothing to worry its just harmone and body response. she told to take medicine only after 100f

Hope every thing has settled down and your GP appointment went well - has he maybe suggested testing your urine for infection ? Or it could as above post says due to your meds .Try to keep yourself busy - go for walks - read a good book - watch old films .

Good luck for OTD
