Symptoms reduced

I am 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant, the past week I have add extreme nausea and tiredness but yesterday I feel like it almost disappeared and this morning I don’t feel half as bad when I’ve woke up . This is my first pregnancy through ICSI and I don’t really know what to expect. I’m worried something is wrong , has anyone else experienced this?

hi, symptoms can come and go. I experienced the same and had nausea and fatigue which fluctuated between 7 and 12 weeks. Some mornings I felt fine and others I felt like it was a struggle to even manage to drink a glass of water 🤷🏻‍♀️ Have you had a scan yet or is it at 7 weeks? Xx

Thank you so much for replying , I’ve got myself in state worrying because I feel so different, my first scan is next Thursday but I’ve messaged the nurse just to let her know. I don’t know if I’m losing my mind or if I should be worrying but this has reassured me a little <3 xx

Yes i experienced this at around the same time, i had really sore breasts and overnight it just disappeared (Of course it returned with a vengeance!) but its perfectly normal for symptoms to ebb & flow. I remember calling my clinic being very worried & they were wonderful at reassuring me it was okay, so i just began to document how i was feeling & i found the flo app amazing for helping me record various symptoms as well as a little diary x I found the first 12 weeks of pregnancy very tough mentally & emotionally, and if i am honest i probably only started to relax a little when i finally felt him move. At one point i was having weekly scans... Which is probably OTT but worth it for me for that reassurance x Hope all goes well for you x

Symptoms come and go. I remember feeling super nauseous and then feeling SO hungry the day after. Also, after some weeks, symptoms will completely subside - and it’ll be scary and fantastic at the same time! Regardless of what I say though, if you’re super worried, ring your clinic (I did many times that when I was pregnant 😁).

Sending love.

thank you Luce_16 and Kate-92 for the reassurance, I totally get the weekly scans I think I will be the same tbh! I booked a private scan and they said everything is fine and we have TWO healthy heartbeats , everything growing as should, super relieved and shocked lol ! X

I'm currently 18 weeks pregnant and my symptoms have been all over the place. One day I feel horrific and the next my nausea has gone. It's become a bit of a joke with my family as I'll start panicking that my symptoms have gone and the next day I'll be throwing up! I think it's so hard to not read into things when you've experienced infertility and loss. Try and enjoy the days you don't feel like rubbish (easier said than done, I know!). Sending you luck x
