Hi everyone! Not posted on here in a while but have never stopped lurking 😅 Sorry in advance for the long post and update! My last post was about thinking of moving to a clinic abroad, which we did early this year. Since then we've had 2 cycles in Spain. 1st cycle there (3rd overall after 2 x NHS cycles) we only got 2 eggs, 1 of which made it to Day 5, our best quality yet though at 5AA. Had a fresh transfer which resulted in our first ever BFP, sadly this ended in MMC at 9 weeks 😢

2nd cycle there (4th overall) was in June. We had 3 eggs retrieved, 2 made it to Day 5 blastocyst, 1 Day 6.

We had to freeze all as there was something showing in my lining (turned out MMC wasn't complete) so returned to the UK and had hysteroscopy and biopsy to investigate. This actually showed that things had resolved naturally. All quite distressing and frustrating.

We recently went back to Spain to have our FET. Now living in that PUPO bubble and absolutely petrified to test. I'm 10dp5dt today. OTD is tomorrow (Monday) and our clinic prefers a HCG blood test. With it being a bank holiday we couldn't book this until Tuesday.

Part of me wants to test at home tomorrow so I'm prepared for blood test results on Tuesday, but as I said I'm petrified and don't want to pop my PUPO bubble!!

Wishing everyone on this journey the biggest amount of love and luck, we all deserve our dream to come true.

If you got this far, thanks for reading! Sorry for the vent!!

*Update - got HCG results back - 934! Cautiously pleased due to MMC last cycle, just hoping all progresses well this time. So glad I waited for bloods, you could have knocked me down with a feather when results came through! 😅 Thanks to everyone for all the good luck and support ❤️

I was exactly the same, I preferred to be in the bubble and didn't want to know any different! Wishing you lots of luck after all those struggles! Fingers crossed this is your time xx

Thanks so much! I definitely thought I'd be testing early but just don't want my hopes to be dashed! X

For a serial tester with my last FET I've managed to not test until OTD which was 12 days after the transfer. It was so much easier and better for my mental health. Living in the pupo bubble is much more relaxing than testing every day and worrying about line progression. You've managed to hold up until now, so hold yourself and wait for the blood test, is much more exciting 🙈🤗

Wishing you all the best of luck and hope you'll get the best news ever! 🤞🤞🤞🙏🙏🙏🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️
