I’m so sad, I’ve had no symptoms since transfer last Thursday. But today I was feeling a bit crap, slight cramping in lower abdomen and 8pm when I went to the bathroom I started spotting reddish blood . OTD is the 23rd but my period was due today / tomorrow ..

I’ll see how the bleeding progresses but I know in my heart it’s another failed transfer.

Telling my husband is always the part I find most heartbreaking.

Don’t give up yet! The same thing happened to me last year and I got a BFP. Stay positive and helpful. You might feel better in the morning xxx

I’m heartbroken , I know tbh it’s my period, but I’m trying to keep hope. Did you bleed much?

I remember I bled enough to think my period had come. We even had wine and sushi that evening as thought it was all over then I woke up feeling so differently. Try and sleep tonight xxx🍀

Thank you, I need to wait and see how much I’m bleeding tonight /tomorrow. I was preparing myself for it not to work but not bleeding before test day . Thanks ❤️❤️

It’s way too early to be giving up, embryo would only be implanting around now - it could be implantation bleeding x

I’m trying to keep hope. Thought it would be too late for implantation. But also because it’s on the day my stupid period was due. Will see how tonight goes. I’m actually going into the nurse tomrrow to give me my prontogest injection . Thanks Daisy xx

Hey Rol, Daisy is spot on; implantation happens around 9/10 days past ovulation so in your ivf cycle that's equivalent to 7/8dp2dt. Keeping everything crossed for you 🙏 xx

Honestly, this was was me after my last transfer and now I have two baby girls! Spotting can be an indication of implantation, but I was convinced it was my period too. I was wrong! Keeping my fingers crossed for you xx

I had cramping and bleeding around this time and thought the same as you. I now have 2 girls after 2 successful transfers. Keep up the faith xx

Hi Rol. I know the sight of blood in the 2 week wait always makes us question EVERYTHING. As others have said the timing is in-keeping with implantation bleeding so try to keep the hope if you can. I truly know how difficult that is though. I have seen at least 2 people on here recently saying they know their cycles have failed and they wanted advice about what's next and come test day they tested positive.

Will you be contacting your clinic to tell them about the spotting?

The other side of the coin is if (a big if) the cycle was unsuccessful YOU WILL BE OKAY. We're all here for you

Hi Skittles, thank you so much. I would love to believe with all my heart that it was implantation. I always bleed and spot before my period . Anyways I went into the clinic today because my nurse was giving me my prontogest . She said similar to all you lovely ladies , said I just need to wait it out but if it gets heavier to give here a call xxx thank you for your support xx

You are definitely not out yet! There is always hope, as the others say it could easily be implantation bleeding, or if you are using vaginal pressaries it might be irritated cervix. Do not lose hope just yet! All my fingers crossed for a positive outcome 🤞🤞🤞🙏🙏🍀🍀🍀☺️☺️☺️☺️❤️❤️❤️

Hi,When I had a 2dt, I was told to add 3 days to the time, which would make this way too early to test. I've got my fingers crossed for you.

The 2 week wait is absolute torture, keep strong.

My test day isn’t till 23rd so another 4 days , I’m just gonna see how the bleeding goes. Just tough continuing with injections when so much doubt.. Esp the fragmin 🥺 thanks xxx

don't give up its too early. could be period and could be implantation so don't over think it
