Spotting - day 10 post fresh transfer with day 2 x 2 embryos

Hi lovelies,

I need your thoughts please as I am panicking at the moment. Today is day 10 after a fresh transfer with a day 2 (2x) embryos and I see some brown spotting for the first time. In the last 6 days we have been checking progesterone via bloods and it has gradually dropping however it was above 100 yesterday ( its what my clinic would like to see). I was on lubion 2 x per day and since yesterday added pessaries 3 times per day. My period shouldn’t come for at least 5 more days and dont know what to think. ☹️

My clinic recommended to call them if I see heavier bleeding but either way I have another blood test before the pregnancy test on Tuesday.

I appreciate and advise or idea or sharing of experience. I dont know how normal is this or how to read it nor what to do or how to behave after this. Do I rest more or continue as normal? Is it normal spotting on day 10 post fresh transfer?

Hi! Spotting isn't necessarily bad in the 2WW, and is pretty common. I wouldn't worry if it's just a little. It could even be a good sign, I.e implantation bleeding! If you had a day 2 transfer I guess that's the equivalent of day 7p5dt? If your progesterone was over 100 yesterday that's really good, and I doubt it would fall enough to bring on the start of a period. Bottom line hang in there, keep as calm as you can and try not to worry xx
