Miscarried in March and stil have pain in my vagina

Hello I sadly miscarried a few weeks after testing positive after IVF in March. I still have pain in my Vagina and spotting/light bleeding most days. The ivf clinic (NHS funded) and my Drs haven't been ver helpful thus far, my Drs are starting to listen a bit more now. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this as I have been offered no explanation of why. They have assured me it isn't a prolapse.

I’m so very sorry for your loss 💔 have you been in touch with your early pregnancy unit at hospital? I miscarried in April after positive test in feb, I continued to test positive for 4 wks afterwards and bled for about 7/8 weeks afterwards (mostly spotting). I had regular scans at my early pregnancy unit which confirmed the bleeding was from retained pregnancy tissue. I finally had a hysteroscopy to remove it. I must say, I had to push really hard to get those scans and that treatment. Here to chat anytime x

Hi Sims. So sorry to hear about this and the sad loss of your early pregnancy. Hope you have plenty of support. It does sound as if you have a bit of a hormone imbalance, I son;t know. However I wouldn't rest until you have a reason for this happening. Hope all soon settles. Diane

Hello, I’m sorry to hear about what you’re going through. I tested positive in Feb from IVF and then miscarried in March, it was completely devastating. I ended up being in hospital for a couple of days and they were careful to check everything had left my system, if you will. It was very traumatic. I hope you find answers and recover well xx
