Ladies please advise, I'm having really bad cramps this morning (7pt5dt) and very thick looks like the lining of my uterus has come out when I wiped with some bits of blood 😞 I don't know what's going on and I'm so worried that it's a bad sign?!!!

This can happen and should settle down . Have you spoken to your midwife/GP or been in touch with early pregnancy unit at maternity unit - it would help put your mind at ease .Thinking of you
