Adenomyosis & IVF

Hi All,

I’m just wondering if there are people here who have adenomyosis & have had successful IVF? I have endo & adeno & whilst I have read quite a bit about endo and fertility I’m not sure how much adeno affects fertility? My main concern is embryo implantation failure because of adeno. So I’m hoping there are some success stories out there? X

Good morning, I have adenomyosis and polysistic ovaries and 3 small fibroids and I am currently 7 months preggers. Don't lose faith, your hospital should keep an eye on your adeno to make sure it is not causing cavity problems they usually do this with alot of internal scans. I'm not to sure with regards to endo as it's not something I experienced but having adeno that I wasn't aware of until we started ivf did cause concern. I would advise you have very indepth internal scans which again depends on your hospital or if your private or not. I wish and pray you have a successful treatment cycle.

I've just been diagnosed with adenomyosis and just like you I'm so scared , I've already had three failed transfer but my previous clinic didn't or maybe ignored my adenomyosis, I changed the clinic , did my second retrieval, got 4 embryos day 5, now I'm on artificial menopause for 3 months , hope it will work
