Hi everyone,

I’m in a bit of shock and need your advice about what is happening!

I had another round of egg collection abroad last month and had my withdrawal bleed on 30 April.

I’m currently waiting for my period to proceed with my last FET in the UK since i have one embryo left.

Since 5 days ago I’ve been having cramps and no sign of period. I started testing from two days ago and started seeing faint line on FRER and clearblue both.

Tested again this morning and both digital and normal tests showing BFP. How can it even be possible? I thought we don’t ovulate right after withdrawal bleed.

Could there still be any trace of medication in my body after 6 weeks to give a false positive?

I’m very shocked as i never got pregnant naturally so all this is a bit unreal. Could this be a chemical? My last transfer ended in one.

Sorry the photo is not great quality

Thanks for all your support as always xxx ❤️❤️😁

I’m not sure about medication but it is definitely a positive! Maybe contact GP for confirmation blood test asap! But congratulations! 💕😊

Eeeek! This is amazing news if so. You really need to try to get a hcg blood test done. Ring your bourne hall or find a local clinic. Then maybe repeat this a week after? Gp should be able to do this too?

Keep me posted and I pray it’s good news ( even though I know you’ll be anxious) x

Also- I guess if you’ve had unprotected sex then yes it is a bfp. I don’t think the hcg stays in your blood that long it’s about 7 days to leave. Hence they say not to test too early after that trigger shot. Good luck and get a hcg blood test done x

Trigger shot leaves your system by 14 days - so its a positive! 🥳
