we are hoping to go for our next frozen transfer in September/October.
So we have June, July, aug to get fitter, healthier and get my body in the best possible health for another shot. After 2 bfn and 2 chemical (and that’s the rounds that got to a transfer) I’m pretty tired of the whole shebang but we must go on.
Suggestions on what I can do to give it my all in the next few months xxx

I’m in the same boat, had 2 chemicals and only have one embryo left. Having my ERA/Alice test done soon then it’s the last FET. I’m eating healthy, exercising and on my rest days still doing something active. Good luck and remember, relaxing is good too.
I took a break after my last egg collection for 5 months before doing my FET. I ate reasonably well but did not deprive myself of anything and I stayed active by walking the dog. I used the time to relax and try to live as normal as I could again and it did me the world of good! Xxx
I would echo exactly this 🤗 I’ve read a an article about how taking up excessively exercising or dieting etc for IVF doesn’t actually necessarily make our fertility healthier (why the BMI thing is extra annoying!) but how the type of lifestyle Rubyvet describes was reccomended to be more beneficial and it certainly was in our case. Take some time to be you 🤗 if you don’t have a dog I would borrow one as they are the best walking companions as they don’t answer back 😂🤣 xx
Relax, stay healthy limit alcohol build upYour vitamin stores with pregnacare before conception. Eat oily fish or take fish oil capsules ( don’t take vit a ) fish oil keeps inflammation low in the body. Drink water abs red raspberry tea is good for strengthing the uterine lining in prep for transfer best of luck. X
