CRGH - concerns over their level of communication

Hi all,

I have concerns about using the CRGH clinic, I read some comments here – on this forum and I have already sent a PM to a few of you.

Would you please be willing to share your experience with them? Thank you.

We had an initial consultation with one of their doctors and we were so impressed, she is absolutely brilliant! However, the lack (nearly none) of communication from the patient liaison team made us doubt our decision to go with the CRGH clinic. I find it quite frustrating - the premium price and below-average service.

What is your experience? Do they get better once you start the treatment with them?

The first two cycles we were with CARE Tonbridge Wells, where I felt great. I always got a reply or call back. We are changing clinics because we would like to try a new approach.

My whole experience with them was great. Never facing any communication issues. From admin, nurse and PA of my consultant. They always be able to reply me in a reasonable time.
