Failed pregnancy test 11 days after fet

I have done a pregnancy test 11 days after fet which is negative, can I still get a positive test on day 14?

Hi, do you know if your embryo was frozen on day 3 or day 5? If it was a day 5 embryo, you would usually have a pretty accurate result 11 days after a day 5 embryo was transferred. if it was frozen at day 3 it would be a little further behind on development so would be equivalent to day 9 after a 5-day-transfer. Without wanting to get your hopes up too much, there IS always a glimmer of hope, which is why the clinics give us the official test days they do (guessing yours is day 14 after your FET). Although it isn't common to see tests change in those last few days they DEFINITELY do (it happens on here from time to time!) if your embryo implants late. xx

Hi, unfortunately 11 days after a 5 day transfer is probably pretty accurate and unlikely to change. I’m not trying to be doom and gloom but if you’re like me you want to know even the bad stuff. There is a small chance of things changing but to be honest, it’s probably best not to pin too much hope on that. I am very sorry, a negative test result is such a punch to the soul. I did four transfers last year and all were negative. Transfer number five is next week and I can’t get too excited as my self-preservation mode has kicked in.
