Hello. So I have PCOS and have known of it for some years now .

I haven’t been trying to get pregnant so I have not been taking any of my medication such as provera letrizole, etc. My last period was back in November with the use of provera. Usually when I have a period it is really heavy and like a week long. So I recently did a ten smoothie juice cleanse in the beginning of January and still no period. Now keep in mind between Nov until currently I was having sex not on a regular basis but I was sexually active. Fast forward from January to now February I had sex on the 12th I get a period on the 15th that only lasted about 3 days it felt like a regular period. I think I’m just being paranoid because I never had a period that short and that it finally came on it’s own usually I have to take my provera. Now I’m really superstitious and my friend like I had a dream of a fish lol. I had a reading and the pregnancy card unfolded. Then everyone just recently keeps asking me about pregnancy lol. So I’m just trying to confirm that I’m ok and just a bit paranoid. I’m thinking maybe because I did the jj smoothie cleanse and lost about 10/11 pounds that maybe just being healthy for a moment helped regulate my period or something on its own. So I just came here for advice! Because is it even possible to get pregnant since I haven’t had a period up until the 15th or ovulate since I haven’t had a period or been taking medication. Yea I never taken a ovulation test so idk how all that works. Thanks you guys

I would do a pregnancy test just incase. When you lost weight it could have kick started something. Though Bleeding times can vary between each cycle.

With PCOS amount of bleeding at time of period and time between each cycle can vary enormously so you cannot really pinpoint ovulation at all So as previous post said you should do a test just to be sureGood luck
