Transfer day…. Embryo quality

The two week wait commences

We had a 3BB day 5 fresh embryo transfer

Has anyone had any success with a BB embryo ?

We also have two frozen day 5 3BB

Any tips to not overthink and worry for the next two weeks ?

Hi lovely, congratulations on being PUPO

I would say please don't get hung up on the grading of your embryo. If they deem it good enough to put back in your uterus then it's good enough to make a baby - end of!

My top tips are:

1) Take it one day at a time - don't think ahead to the end result (either way) - just try and keep on a level

2) DON'T test early If you get a negative you'll be devastated and think it's all over, if you get a positive you'll obsess over the lines getting stronger - it's better not to know until it's truly time (IMO)

3) Try not to obsess over every symptom - most of them will be caused by the meds anyway, so acknowledge them and move past them

4) Do some gentle exercise, eat well and drink lots of water

Thank you so much your message is reassuring and I will 100% try my best to follow all the tips my dp doesn’t want to test Bedford test day and I would do one without him and his much stronger with that than I am Congratulations on your bfp xxx

Hi me and my fiance are doing shared motherhood . Our little embryo was a 3bb day 5 transfer. We got bfp couple of days ago . Hoping our little one wants to stick around 🙏 just thought I would give you some hope too xx

Honestly the best thing we did is just keep thinking your pregnant. I really hope it works for you hun xx
