Lining weird changes in a natural FET. Can anyone help me to understand?

Hi everyone,

I’m extremely confused by my lining measurement in my day 13 scan. I’m planning to do a natural FET and been to 3 scans so far.

My lining was 9 mm on day 8, 11 mm on day 10 but suddenly today is 7 mm on day 13. How is this even possible?

My dominant follicle was 15 mm today on day 13 and they expect it to grow to 18 mm.

They lady said the lining is above 7 and that’s fine but I really don’t understand how the lining starts so thick and then thin down before ovulation!!!!

Hi Mahriya. Could be down to a drop in progesterone levels or even oestrogen. Hopefully the lining will maintain the level it is at, but may need a boost. Diane

Thanks Diane. I’m not on any medication but taking all the natural food suggestions I could find. Don’t know what else to do!

Hi Mahriya. They may give you some progeserone pessaries when your transfer is done. Diane

They already sent me some cyclogest and Clexane as optional medication to use and I saw no harm. I think it’s too early for the medication now but hopefully it will help with my lining down the line. Appreciate your help!
