Collapsed blast and early blasts success stories?

Hello! I got a really early day 5 update this morning. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with success stories of collapsed embryos and also early blasts on day 5? I have 2 collapsed and 2 early blasts today and I’m a little confused as to how likely they are to progress to a blastocyst suitable for freezing. I’m very fortunate to have some others suitable for freezing today but the embryologist was quick to get me off the phone so didn’t get chance to ask much! Thanks x

Will they keep watching them until Day 6? And freeze on Day 6?

I have only ever had early blastocysts on Day 5 - one is about to be born in a few days, so stay hopeful and strong. Early blasts can lead to live births x

I have never had a Day 5 - only Day 6, my doctor said it doesn’t make much difference so long as they are blastocysts by Day 6. I was super worried too and cried so much when I didn’t get any at Day 5, but now I trust the doctor! Stay hopeful and fingers crossed for tomorrow xx

We had 2 early ‘slower’ blasts that they watched Until day 6 and were then good enough for freezing (we also had 4 day 5s) we conceived our son with the 4th day 5 so we are now trying for a sibling with the day 6s. I don’t have any experience of collapsed ones though sorry xx
