Hi, My husband has previously had high DNA fragmentation, reduced motility and poor morphology.
His seen improvements with Impryl. We've been following "It starts with an egg" and have read that CoQ10 might also be of benefit, however on the information packet for Impryl it advices not to take with CoQ10.
Has anyone had experience of partner taking both? Would it be harmful? Should we just stick to Impryl?
Many thanks,

From what I've seen on their website FAQ they advise against raking it it with string antioxidants like coq10. They suggest that high levels of coq10 or bit c can cause other damage and are counter productive.
My husbands sperm has come back fine but morphology is on the lower side but still normal range. We are going to try impryl as ijusy found out my tubes are open (I assumed they were closed) after 2 years of not one positive.
My husband also has high DNA fragmentation and he's seen significant improvement by taking Impryl without any antioxidants like CoQ10. I would, however, suggest that your partner takes a good source of omega 3s (cod liver oil is best) and Vitamin D to make sure his levels are optimal (which is around 90-120 nmol/l). Studies have shown that inadequate Vitamin D levels are correlated with reduced sperm motility.
If you've already seen improvements with the Impryl I would probably just leave the CoQ10. If you are determined to try it though, I would go with a lower dose than what's recommended in ISWTE.
