Seems sperm has improved!

So OH had his repeat SA three months after initial sample and it improved to 52million with 58% motility and top class forward progression...... we are pretty shocked but delighted. Thank you all for the advice....minimal alcohol, cutting back on smoking and taking wellman seem to have helped!

Hi, my husband stopped smoking only two weeks ago. He has his second and final SA next week before starting ICSI in Feb. How long your hubby cut down/stop smoking for before his last test? That improvement is huge!

My hubby has also been reduced to 2 pints a week and he also takes wellman when he remembers

He reduced his smoking to maybe 2 evenings per week (or so he tells me!!), his alcohol was about 2-3 pints per week and took wellman when he remembered. He did this for about 3 months and is hopefully going to maintain it while we wait for treatment in the new year. X

Imagine how brilliant his scores will be if he keeps it up, well done him, it’s not easy! Hopefully the obvious impact will help him to stop smoking completely!
