The FRERs pick up 6nmol of HCG - most others only start at 25nmol - so if you've used a less sensitive one then it is likely to not have picked up as much.I would try again with an FRER tomorrow - HCG doubles roughly every 48 hours so it may still be going up slowly.

Good luck xx

I think use the same type of tests so you can compare. Also mine was always darker in the afternoon/evening than first thing - that freaked me out at first as my morning was lighter than the previous eve. I ended up testing twice a day so I could compare morning with morning, afternoon with afternoon... Much more sensible is testing every couple of days, or waiting for betas, but I didn't manage it unless I literally ran out of sticks and my panic-bought online order was late :)

That is exactly what I'm doing atm my evening wee is much stronger. I took a clear blue yesterday and it was a defo positive took a first response this morning and it's darker than the one before I just need to have patience to let it grow darker I have a digital but don't think it'll pick it up yet.

Just from the pics the 8dpt looks darker so that's great news. I think my digital one was positive with a FRER line that looked liked that and those don't involve the stress of comparing lines so it may help you relax, but also you may want to wait a couple of days to be certain, or at least the evening if that's stronger for you. I asked my GP to do HCG as soon as I had a definite line as I'd had two early losses and wanted to know sooner rather than later with this one that things were going in the right direction. It didn't stop me cornering the market in FRERs but I felt more comfortable not just relying on my assessment of lines (which can vary a lot early on). Right now you're pregnant and try to focus on that if you can - easier said than done! X

I was just going to say try not to test one day with a FReR and the next day a cheapie then compare. They both registered different levels of HCG.

That second FRER looks just like mine did at that stage when I was pregnant until 8 weeks.

Good luck x

Aww Thankyou o ran out of first response having my beta tomorrow x

I had to wait until 11 days past transfer to test (it was definitely better not testing early) and got a very strong line… so congratulations! It certainly looks like positive news for you 👏
