*Update - Trigger Warning*

I just wanted to update as I know how frustrating it is to search the net and see posts that have no updates and unfortunately as my heart and head already knew, it was not good news. And thank you all who kept me sane this entire time of beta hell!!

9dp5dt - 6

10dp5dt - 11 (progesterone 22)

12dp5dt - 23

14dp5dt - 74

16dp5dt- 208 (progesterone 15)

On and off spotting the entire time.

21dp5dt - miscarriage - passed the sac at home

Hi lovely people

I am new here and am not usually one to join forums but I have been down an absolute horrible road the last week and have seen how much support people receive here, hence I thought I would join.

I had a FET (ICSI) on 2nd November and 9dp5dt had a beta of 6.2. The dr at the private clinic I am with said it will be 0 by Monday but if you want keep taking the medication.

Due to recurrent miscarriage I am always welcome back to the EPU so visited them ib Friday (10dp5dt) and my beta came back at 11. Had a repeat on Sunday (12dp5dt) and it is at 23.

Now the nurses and drs at EPU said just have some faith it could be too early which is the complete opposite to google and my private clinic (who have beeb rubbish by the way!)

Whilst I wait, I was just wondering if anyone with low starting HCG could share their stories (good/bad).

Thank you all x

Hi lovely, I hope you're holding up ok - the wait for these kinds of things is awful!I've not experienced it myself but I've seen a fair few posts on here where people have started off with really low HCG and gone on to have successful pregnancies.

Do a little search while you wait for other responses.

Wishing you all the best xxx

Thank you Millbanks. I did a search before signing up and read through everything that came up lol yes I am absolutely crazy. I think in my heart I know which way it's going I just can,xt be the one to pull the plug and stop my medication before it is confirmed. Having such hassle with my clinic too. It is all so frustrating! I hope everything is well with you x

Hey lovely,

Sorry you’ve not had an easy journey. Yes it’s a low number but it looks like it’s doubling as it should be so I would be on the side of the EPU team at this stage and say keep the hope, stay on the meds and hopefully it’s just a late implanter 🤞🏻♥️ Xxx

Thank you so much for the positivity. I've only been on here since earlier today and everyone I have come across have been so friendly and non judgemental. Makes a rubbish day so much better 🥰

Just a little update to say my little embryo is as stubborn as me and hasn't let go just yet. Our levels surprisingly increased but are still obviously ridiculously low to even think it could be viable. My levels were as follow:

9dp5dt - 6

10dp5dt - 11

12dp5dt - 23

14dp5dt - 74

Hey, yes as AllyGaby19 mentioned I did miscarry (thanks for responding AllyGaby19).

I have had multiple miscarriages but have realised that for the ones where i have a positive test quite late I end up miscarrying between 5/6 weeks. All four of our embryos failed and we have now found out hubby has 36% dna frag so it explains a lot x

I'm so sorry you're in this position. I'm not even going to give it the whole 'it's early' talk because i know that no words help when you're in such a horrible situation.

Was it a natural pregnancy or ivf? And how many dpo are you with what level beta? X
