Hello ladies, good day..Just came back from fertility clinic with a failed 1st FET..Feeling really down..Transferred a 4AA last weekend and was hopeful that this will work..😔 Dr said it could be due to genetic defect ..Anyone experienced this before with failed FET despite transferring a good looking embryo?

Failed FET😔
Oh gosh! 😔
I am sorry to read this.
Take some time for yourself and don’t be to hard on yourself.
What are they saying the genetic defect is.xxx
I'm really sorry my lovely, It's so hard when you get a BFN ❤️. I took my first one particularly bad as the clinic had made me expect it to work first time around with such a top quality embryo.
Sadly they don't always get to the bottom of why implantation failed, but hopefully if you have a follow up they may be able to go into this with you or suggest anything they could try to do differently. I recently had a BFN and I need to take a bit of a break from treatment until January, as it's knocked me sideways with all the medications and with the emotional side of things.
I hope you've got lots of support around you. Sending love 💕 xX
Hi aky. Perhaps time to try low dose soluble aspirin/heparin if not already done so. Just to help with blood flow to womb and lining, and alsdo help to prevent any clot formation. Just look after you, and I shall be thinking of you. Diane
Hi I totally understand your pain. I feel like my body is numb from crying so much. I just had my 2nd failed cycle (transferred a 3BB) during my first cycle the doctor injured me and I ended up with abdominal surgery so it’s been traumatic. I only have one 3BB left and I’m so anxious to use it because that marks the end of my fertility journey. Treatment costs are our own in South Africa. I’m so heartbroken. I don’t know if it’s even worth trying with the last one as it’s probably also poor quality
