Good luck!! Try and relax as much as possible as it makes the whole process so much easier!

Rest up afterwards and try not to think about it every second of every day 😬 xx

Oh amazing, good luck Jenna, I started sipping water about an hour and a half before the procedure and was full enough for the ET. It is over so fast you just won't believe it. Try and breathe/relax as it will make it easier, I was so tense they kept telling me to relax my legs 😂😂

Good luck!!! My tip is treat yourself afterwards, enjoy the moment, listen to some happy music and watch some good TV. Basically whatever brings you joy and puts a smile on your face because you've earned it! xx

As far the actual transfer, breathe and relax and have a laugh with the nurse if you can 😊 I have no tips for the water drinking side, because I always end up way too full...

Thank so much everyone, all done. Cried my eyes out when the embryologist rang to tell me our emby had survived the thaw. I’m back home now watching ‘you’ and trying to relax x
