IVF

I’m starting IVF after 5 miscarriages as I have been advised that IVf with Pgs has a better chance of a successful pregnancy as all recurrent miscarriages investigations were normal.

I wanted to know if anyone has gone abroad for ivf (assuming everyone in this group in the Uk).

I’m planning on going to India just because no waiting times and a lot cheaper.

Was wondering if anyone has been abroad and if there was any advise you had?

Hi Bump. So sorry to hear about all those miscarriages. If not already tried, ask about low dose soluble aspirin and/or heparin to help with blood circulation to the womb and lining, and also to hep prevent clot formation. Some ladies eat pineapple core too, which apparently has a similar effect. Good luck with whatever you try in India. Diane

Hello. Is that low dose aspirin/ heparin in first trimester? It’s not something I have been recommend before but will definitely check with my doctors.Will start on the pineapple cores today 😊
